Hidden Valley Park
We took Amos to the park after church to enjoy the beautiful weather! It was a terrific time with our family for me! Awwhh Counting my blessings, and starting with number one... Family.
Amos's first ride down the slide!
Look at that happy boy! He just fills my heart!
(Ya know... I thought girls would stop checking him out once we had a baby, because what says "TAKEN" more than that?! Right?! wrong....It just adds to the Eye Candy! And yes, he's a great father and that is very attractive, but let's be real here. Kirk Boyd McAllister= M-I-N-E- mine. A.L.L.M.I.N.E!)

Dixie Rock
We went up to Dixie Rock with Amos to give him a text run in our baby-back-pack thingy. He loved it! Or maybe the part he loved was just being outdoors. Either way, there's a lot more adventure ahead of us! We're really looking forward to taking Amos [and our other future children] to enjoy all around us. We are so blessed to be healthy and active. St George is a beautiful place to live!! I'm so grateful to be married to a man who shares the same lifestyle as me. At wonderous sights such as this night, the song "How Great Thou Art" always comes to mind! And being a family makes that song come to mind all the easier... :)

Amos, My Little Man!
- My Little boy is growing way too fast! He's coming on his 5 month mark! Last night our neighbor Kristin came up to us and was talkin to Amos... Amos was giggling and giggling and kicking and clapping his hands together... He just loves getting attention!
- Amos has learned how to scoot!! Kinda- haha He lays on his back and uses his legs to push himself across the floor. I keep tellin him that his little hairs aren't going to come in if he keeps rubbing his head on the carpet, but he doesn't mind. It's too fun! It sure looks like more work than crawling though!
- Amos is working on the roll from back to front. He would about have it if he didn't chicken out last minute, all cute like of course :)
- He loves being outside! I've mentioned it lots before, but we spend the majority of the day (now that Dixie's weather is GORGEOUS) outside. We go on lots of walks, watch the birds in our backyard, and play on the grass. We're going to need a bigger yard for this sweet boy of ours!
- We're down to 1 feeding each night! Ish! Amos's schedule is roughly like this.... Wake up at 7am, eat, play with dad before he leaves for work, eat, morning nap around 9:30-11, eat, play play play, eat, play, eat, nap time around 3pm-4ish, play play, rice cereal at 7pm, play, nurse to sleep at 8:30pm, then I nurse him before I go to bed around 10:30... then he'll wake up once for another grand feeding somewhere before 7am!
- Oh.My. WIGGLES! He is the most wiggly sleeping in the entire world!! And it's soo noisy sometimes! And so bouncy other times! He is a wiggle boy!!
- Amos is so cute! He is in the phase where he wakes up and just talks and TALKS! I love it! He has the most darling little voice! He talks until I come pick up him... which usually isn't too long b/c I just can't resist the cuteness!
- Amos has been putting himself to sleep lately! I'm so proud of him! He hasn't done it every time, but the fact that he has just introduced it to himself is so exciting! You go Bug!
- We've come to terms with the car seat! YAHOO! He has decided that he can sit in his car seat all by himself, without mom sitting next to him! What a good little boy! This is quite an accomplishment! It's amazing that with time, babies truly transistion themselves with the most gentle encouragement!
- We love banananana's and squash! Those are the 2 foods of the month! On top of all the little tastes of ice cream or whatever we might be eating for dinner!
- Rub-A-Dub-Dub, Amos SPLASHES in the Tub!! And gets sooo excited to play with all his tubby toys!!

October in a flash!
Our night out on the farm! We went to the Pumpkin Patch and hung out at Stahley Farms! Then we chowed down at Red Lobster.... oh my heavens... DELICIOUS! This was a way fun night!! Kirk kicked some bootay roping cows while I just sat back and enjoyed! I also ran into an old work friend of mine, Camille E., and it was nice to catch up. WE LOVE ST GEORGE!
Dad giving Amos a piggy back ride around the yard! This is one way to get everything done and keep our little Man Cub entertained!
Zzzz Why do moms LOVE to watch their sweet children sleep so much?? It's a giant chunk of Heaven on Earth!
I just love this picture! Do you see his little toesies and how they poke through this blanket? I love it! Amos and Kirk both do that with their little piggly wiggly's!
Amos and cousin Kyjia! Ky is a baby-magnet! All the little cousins just love him!! He is goin to make on GREAT big brother soon! We went up to SL to surprise everyone for Halloween! The McAllister side was carving pumpkins when we came! We got to see everyone except Jason :(
Don't you just LOVE those glasses?! I do! They are the best! I bought them for Amos because I couldn't pass up how tiny they were! And now I don't have to panic every day when we're on our walks that the Dixie sunshine is getting my baby!
That's my boy!! I can't believe how big he's getting! He's becoming a little stud muffin like his daddio!
Oh man!!! Isn't he the best? He's allllll boy!
I love you Amos Kirk! I believe Grandma Fortuna took this picture when she spent the night with us! Her and Aunt Colleen were passing through to CA and crashed with us for the night! They took our family out to Cafe Rio and shared the killer recipe for cinnamon sugar bread! YUM!
More Memories:
- We hung out with Grandpa McAllister for the night! We chilled at his beautiful place in SL and ate ice cream while we all caught up! He makes an awesome grandpa. We're sure grateful for his advice and support! We loved spending some time with him!
- We were lucky enough to crash at Josh and Heather's place while we were in town! They're so awesome like that! We kinda crashed last minute and were sure grateful that they were down for a good time! We went out to breakfast the next morning and spend the day shopping, haning out and playing with our kids! It sure is a big blessing to have such great friends! I love watching Kirk let loose with his bestfriend! I also love that his best friend has such an amazing wife! Thanks for the good time guys!
- Surprising the Fortuna side was a blast as well! Grandma couldn't stop taking pictures! Luckily we got to see everyone and spend time with them. Family rocks!! Thanks for sending us home with all the goodies!
- On our way back home to St George from SL, we decided to stay in a hotel. Yes, we were only 45 minutes away from home, but we weren't ready to be done vacationing! So we spent the night at Brian Head in a king sized bed..... It's time to invest!!!! I love me some ginormous beds!
- We went to the Corn Maze and Pumpkin Patch with Brad and Leah while they were in town! They're so chill, it's so nice! We also went shopping and watched movies. We absolutely LOVE love LOVe love LOVE having family over! Don't wait too long to come back!
