When is your engagement anniversary?:
April 25th 2009! At the Bee's baseball game on 3rd base infront of crowds :) We had been "selected" to do a "relay race" during the 7th inning. As the story goes, "kirk let me win" and the announcer told me to look to the big screen for my prize....I couldn't have asked to win anything better then what I got that night and every night since!

When is your marriage anniversary?:
July 25th, 2009 in the Draper Utah Temple :)

How long have you known your spouse?:
I met Kirk the summer I graduated High School at a dance club in Salt Lake, Studio 600. It's been about 3 years now! Our first pic together:

How long did you date/court before you were engaged?:
4 months! Kirk took me on our first date up to his cabin for a New Years party. It was the BEST party I have ever been too! In fact, it was such a blast that we throw a party up there every new years now!

What is your spouse's full name?:
Kirk Boyd McAllister... after his dad :)

Do you have any children?:
A baby boy on the way!

Do you have any house pets?:
Yep, an Italian Mastiff named "Moja". Kirk calls her "Mo", I call her "Stinky"

What is one of your favorite activities to do together?:
Anything outdoors! Hiking, fishing, walking, swiming, biking, rodeo, horseback riding, boating, camping, snowmobiling, exploring, we're always up for anyting!

Where did you go on your honeymoon?:

Cataline Island :)

How old are each of you?:
I am 21 and Kirk is 24

Leave a piece of advice for the other couples:

Always give each other the benefit of the doubt! Never ever raise your voice at eachother! Stay active in the Church and attend the temple :) Don't go a day without laughing with each other. Don't go into debt. Keep communication open, positive and full of love.

GunLock Falls #3

Last Sunday we headed up to Gunlock-AGAIN! 3rd Sunday in a row! It was killer eventfull!! I wish we had pictures of this go-around for lots of reasons...! GOsh, So much happened this time-I just have to write it down before I forget!

1. Stinky Poopy Moja made me laugh so hard I thought I was going to give birth in the river! Hahaha we decided to walk up stream before heading to the Falls just to see something new! Mo goes crazy hyper in the sand and water-she L.O.V.E.S. it! And that's a complete understatement! At one point she got this random-insane-doggy-idea (totally saw that lightbulb turn on!) to dart full speed ahead..... she got maybe 15 ft when she hit a big gooey batch of sinking sand. I have never seen any human being or stinky animal face-plant so bad in my entire life! It was an instant -full on- SLAP in the mud hahah I about died! Her 2 front legs sank instantly making her face smack the ground in .3954 seconds flat. ... I crack up just remembering it! lol And oh boy-I thought Kirk was going to pop an artery or something b/c he was laughing so hard hahaha
2. Moja found a large group of cows further up the river, and it became clear that she felt it her in-born duty to frazzle them up in a poor atempt to herd them away. It was pretty funny! At first they were letting her boss them around, then the bull decided he had enough. If mo wasn''t so short in comparison I'm sure she would have been scooped up in his horns a few times. I swear.... that pooch! She thinks she's a man-dog
3. I think this was the one time I was hoping that the random "passer-by" who was trying to be discrete about taking my pic was doing so b/c I looked absolutley retarded. It just so happened to be that last Sunday was a big group date for the local lesbians. Kirk was doing some extreme hiking, so I found a nice little cozy ledge to sit on and swing my feet off of. When you turn the corner the last thing you'd expect to see is a huffing-puffing, big pregnant girl, perched on a ledge staring all dork-like at the waterfalls...The instant, uncontrolable humor that lesbo couple experienced was probably similar to how hilarious it was when Kirk and I witnessed the reaction of a chinese tourist, seeing a squirrel for the first time....slightly pathetic, but nothing short of hysterical! Anyways, I hope they were taking my pic b/c I looked ridiculous and nothing more!
4. The water was even more full than before!! The gushing waterfall sounds and cool breeze were magnified this time. So breathtaking!
5. Cactus Kirk! Oh this sucked so bad. Kirk lost his balance going down a slick rock and fell in a cactus! I didn't realize how crappy cactus's were! His hand was all bloody from the needles, but the very worst part was all the tiny pricks :( His hand was covered in hair-like needles, 1/2-1 inch or so...but pulling them out was awful. They kept breaking in the skin b/c they're so fragile! And kirk had at last a dozen go completely into his skin, and become invisible to the eye! We spent the whole night literally digging and cutting into his swollen hand! Cutting out a big chunck of skin hurt less then tugging at a buried needle, so we'd sometimes just hack away! I was amazed at how skinny, long, and transparent the needles were. Seriously, just the slightest touch made kirk cringe. I hated it! Kirk handles pain really well so i knew this was bad...He descirbed it as stinging pain! That's the worst. One tiny needle caused so much owy-ness that he could feel relief after a single one was removed. Just awful! If you get the big, chuncky needles stuck on you-consider yourself extremely lucky! These dumb things were the worst. How thankful I am that we had benadryl in the truck.

Ready or not, here he comes!

My life!

A typical day for me is like this....

1. Wakey Wakey 8am!
2. Pack a mini cooler full of sandwiches and drinks for kirk to take to work while he's getting dressed and ready!
3. Breakfast, hugs & loves, then adios lover boy-Have a fabulous day!
4. Rock and Roll time. Rinse off in the shower, get dressed and cutified, make my bed- then see how much of my house I can clean before baby Carson comes over...
5. When Carson gets here it's time to strategically scatter toys all over the house so niether of us get bored crawing around all morning haha and yes I do spend at least an hour on all fours playin so he'll be ready for nap time! Plus he's So tickle-ish and smiley that I can't keep away! SO cute! And the bigger I get the harder it is to pick him up, so i just roll around on the carpet with him lol
6. NAP TIME!!!!!!! yesssss
7. Lunch! usually a sandwich and apples
8. 2pm Peace-out Carson Boy!
9. Another hour of More cleaning/errands/laundry/catch up on bla bla bla
10. 4pm Kirks home just in time for me to finish dinner!
11. Then it's "us" time. Usually consists of spending our time outside for a few hours with the stinky beast(at the river, lake, hike/walk trails, park... we love to be outdoors)...then we come home to watch the jazz lose, take a shower (i totally shower 2x a day, it's my fav thing being pregnant) and crawl into bed for prayers and some good snoozin!
12. And usually about that time I realize I didn't take my dang prenatals, which works out perfect b/c I have to get up to go potty anyways....

And somewhere in there there's ALWAYS time for reading my book/mag., callin my mama and girlfriends, laughing hysterically with kirk, diaper changing and endless bathroom trips! But this is def an average day, + or - more kids to watch and fire stuff for kirk! Oh! And there's always, always, always something to do for my Church Callings-never fails! Life is good!

Plus, since I'm home I can't help but feel like I need to stay busy and productive. Which is great b/c there's so much to get done that I almost never complete all i set out to do..... and we don't have kids yet!!!!

GIRLS WEEKEND!!!

I LOVE FEARSOME FOURSOME!

It doesn't matter what stage of life we're in, how far away we live or how much we talk, we'll always be best friends & sisters at heart! No matter how close I get with my other girlfriends, nothin can replace Fearsome Foursome baby! I'll love these girls forever! Sure wish KTlynn could have been with us this weekend! We missed you way-toooooo-much!
